REFUND  POLICY

LIVE COURSES   All fees for LIVE courses are NON REFUNDABLE, however this is at the discretion of "Pilates with Pamela", so depending on the circumstances, either a credit or refund may be made.      If you are sick, or on holiday - no refunds, sorry.

ZOOM    If not able to make a zoom booking, please talk with Pamela, for credit to be carried forward.

Recordings:  If you are on hols or sick, I can arrange for a recording to be sent to you, when you are well, so you can do the class when able.

If you need to book a taster session, before committing to a class, please contact Pamela for more info. 

 

Payments can be made by debit card, or credit card, and payment is taken using secure payments by stripe.
